Best Fitness is an independent publication from dhumketu ai labs, edited by Joy Jacob. It exists because most fitness advice online is either hype selling a supplement or bro-science that assumes you already lift. We write the version we wished we'd had: clear, sourced to real research, and honest about what we don't know — for your first workout, your first cut, and your first tub of creatine alike.

Best Fitness explains how training and nutrition work in general terms. It is not personalized medical, nutrition, physical-therapy, or injury advice, and we are not your doctor, dietitian, or coach. Your body, history, and goals are specific; an article can't be. Before you act on anything here — especially if you have an injury or health condition — check it against a qualified professional and the primary sources we link.

How articles get made

We run an AI-assisted publishing pipeline: we pick the topic and the sources, AI drafts from that research, and a human edits, fact-checks against the primary source, and signs off before anything ships.
